We use various technologies to collect information from your phone and about your activities on our Services.

  • Information collected automatically. We automatically collect information from your browser when you our Services. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

We may use financial information or payment method to process payment for any purchases made by you on our Services, enroll you in the discount, rebate, and other programs in which you elect to participate, to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business.

3.1 Personal Information
We do not share your personal information with others except as indicated below or when we inform you and give you an opportunity to opt out of having your personal information shared. We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers.

When you elect to engage in a particular merchant's offer or program, you authorize us to provide your email address and other information to that merchant.
  • Other KIMECOPAK INC’S businesses: We are part of KIMECOPAK INC. business activities. We may share information we collect, including personal information such as your name and contact information, interests, activities and transactions on our Services, with the KIMECOPAK INC. All KIMECOPAK INC.’s companies shall comply with this Privacy Policy.
  • Other Situations: We also may disclose your information, including personal information in response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.


3.2 Aggregated and non-personal information
We may share non-personal information we collect under any of the above circumstances. We may also share it with KIMECOPAK’s affiliates and third parties to develop and deliver targeted advertising on our Services and on websites of third parties, and to analyze and report on advertising you see. We may combine non-personal information we collect with additional non-personal information collected from other sources. We also may share aggregated, non-personal information with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis.

For example, if you click on such advertisement, you may be taken to a website that we do not control. 5. MANAGE YOUR PROFILE

5.1 Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Profile
Following registration, you can review and change the information you submitted during registration. For instructions on how to do so, visit the Help section of the Services. If you change your password and email address, we will retain a record of your old password and email address. You can also change your registration information such as: name, address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, profile, likes and dislikes, desired date profile, essays and saved search criteria.


5.2 Control of Your Password
You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password, including fees. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your password or login information to any third party. If you choose to share this information with any third party, you are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password, and therefore should review each third party's privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised in any way, you should immediately change your password. If you require more strictly security for your account, besides providing us your phone number, you can choose to add your email address to create additional security for your account.


5.3 Lock and deactivate your profile
If you have an online account with us, you also may close your account at any time by visiting the "Account Settings" screen for your account. After you close your account, you will not be able to sign in to our Services or access any of your personal information. However, you can open a new, separate account at any time or re-activate your previous account by following instructions we will give you at the time you close your account.
