COMMITMENT 01

Responsible materials

Choose materials with your product, performance needs, and disposal options in mind.

  • Recyclable paperboard options, subject to local acceptance
  • Compostable packaging options for suitable collection systems
  • FSC-certified sources where available and documented
  • Appropriate inks and coatings for the intended use
COMMITMENT 02

Circularity built into design

Consider the full journey of the packaging, including what happens after use.

  • Design for reuse or recycling where practical
  • Reduce unnecessary waste during production
  • Optimize size to avoid excess material
  • Help customers sort packaging correctly
COMMITMENT 03

Socially responsible supply chain

Our sourcing priorities include people, working conditions, and responsible production.

  • Safe working conditions
  • Fair labour practices
  • Ethical production standards
  • Reduced energy use and waste
COMMITMENT 04

Community & business impact

Sustainability includes the people building businesses and the communities they serve.

  • Affordable, scalable packaging
  • Brand education and mentorship
  • AI tools to reduce wasted effort and money
  • Support for local F&B businesses as they grow

Continuous improvement includes reviewing supplier performance and relevant documentation. Ask our team what evidence is available for your selected product and production partner.

Standards & transparency

Know what’s behind
your packaging.

Keep the conversation specific: the product, the factory, the documentation, and the intended use. Certification coverage varies by supplier and SKU.

01
Responsible forest sourcing

FSC® · Forest Stewardship Council

For an FSC claim, ask about the specific product, supplier chain-of-custody documentation, and approved labelling. Availability and scope vary by item.

02
Environmental management

ISO 14001

Environmental management is part of supplier evaluation. Where a factory holds certification, ask for its current certificate and scope.

03
Quality management

ISO 9001

Quality-management documentation helps you evaluate production controls. It does not replace product-specific food-contact or performance testing.

04
Environmental · Social · Governance

ESG alignment

Our sustainability direction considers environmental responsibility, people, and business integrity. ESG alignment is an approach, not a standalone product certification.

05
Compostable options, where applicable

BPI / EN 13432

For a compostable item, confirm the applicable certification or test evidence, required composting conditions, and acceptance by the receiving facility.

06
Suitability for intended food use

FDA food-contact requirements

For food-contact packaging, ask for documentation relevant to the exact materials, inks, coatings, intended use, and destination market. Avoid treating this as blanket FDA approval.

07
Product-specific quality & safety

Aluminum packaging

Request the relevant material, lining, food-contact, and quality documentation for the selected aluminum product. There is no single universal aluminum certification.

Need documents for your order?

Tell us which packaging you are considering. We can discuss the available certificates, declarations, or test reports relevant to that product.

Recycling made clearer

Small steps.
Better sorting.

Help your customers follow the right route. Disposal depends on the complete packaging item and the local collection program.

01 / Empty & clean

Remove food residue.

Empty the packaging. Rinse or clean it as required by the local recycling program.

02 / Check & sort

Follow local rules.

Check whether the exact paper, plastic, or metal item is accepted. Coatings, liners, and food residue can affect acceptance; paper does not automatically belong in every blue bin.

03 / Compost appropriately

Use the right facility.

Send certified compostable items only to programs that accept them. Industrial compostability does not mean home compostability or safe breakdown in nature.

A better packaging future—together

Progress is
an ongoing practice.

We’re committed to improving our materials, processes, and impact. As the industry evolves, so will we—with transparency, responsibility, and integrity at the core.

Our aim is to make sustainability a practical part of your business, from the packaging you choose to the guidance you share with customers.

“Sustainability is the only way forward for modern businesses.”
