I’m Kim Vu, founder and CEO of KimEcopak—but before that, I was was in your shoes, a passionate restaurant owner trying to make it all work.

I faced the same challenges many of you do: (i) finding affordable, eco-friendly packaging, (ii) building a strong brand with limited marketing experience, and (iii) managing everything from operations to suppliers.

My experience running YenKitchen taught me invaluable lessons about the real-world struggles of F&B entrepreneurs.
