Shipment processing time
When it comes to shipping, we've got you covered, no matter where you are in Canada!
Our typical processing time is 2-7 business days, but please note that we don't process or ship on Fridays after 12 pm EST, weekends, or holidays.
We're excited to get your order processed and shipped out to you with below reference timeline:
+ MB, ON, QC : 1-3 business days.
+ AB, BC : 2-4 business days.
+ Other provinces: 2-5 business days.
+ USA: 5-7 business days.
Plus, depending on the product type you order, we may be able to ship it out even faster! Small products like Wooden Sporks and 8 Oz Paper Soup Cups ship the very next business day, while normal-sized products like Kraft Boxes and Salad Bowls typically ship within 2-3 business days.
While we always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, sometimes high volumes of orders can cause slight delays. If this happens, we promise to let you know via email or phone.
Depend on your delivery location, shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE shipping Canada-wide for any orders of >$399 or more.
If you located in Winnipeg city, we will be able to offer FREE shiping for Order >$299 with a weekly scheduled delivery. Free to CALL us at 204.891.1417 for delivery set-up.
If you are in the area of Winnipeg City & would like to save the cost of shipping you can choose the "local pickup" shipping option during checkout.
We will contact you by email or phone to confirm an approximate pick-up time and another email when your Order is READY to pick-up, after your order is placed.
NOTE: To be able to offer you the best price, we are currently do NOT maintain any physical Store in Canada.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Some of our Courier (E.g: Canpar, Purolator) does NOT ship to PO Box. If your delivery address is a PO Box, please make sure to notice us so we can arrange your shipment to the correct Courier.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We will not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
International Shipping Policy
Our website is not setup for shipping to other countries, except for USA & Canada. However, we can arrange these orders through email. feel free to send us any enquiry of your organization to email@example.com!
DAMAGE, MISSING & INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We take every precaution to ensure that your order is delivered to you safely and securely.
All of our shipments are covered by insurance, which is fully paid for by KimEcopak.
However, in the rare event that your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please file a claim with the shipment carrier as soon as possible. It's important to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as this will help the carrier investigate the issue.
Rest assured that, if you need any support from us, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues and make things right.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the Courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
