WHY DO CUSTOM ORDERS START AT 30,000 PCS? IS 30,000 PCS TOO MUCH FOR MY BAKERY?

Custom printed packaging needs proper setup for plates, printing, material preparation, and production line calibration. A 30,000 pcs minimum helps keep the unit cost reasonable, the print quality consistent, and the order practical for real bakery use.

 

If your bakery is packing daily orders, events, or wholesale batches. 30,000 pcs may sound like a lot, but it helps lower your unit cost, keeps print quality consistent, and gives your team enough branded packaging to avoid running out too soon.

 

* If you're planning a 2nd location in the next 12 months, ordering 30,000 now often covers both, at a lower unit cost.

I got a cheaper quote from another supplier. Why should I choose KimEcopak?

Pls ask them: does their quote include customs clearance and freight to your door? Do they offer a 6-month price lock? Will you get a 3D mockup before production? If the answer to any of those is no — the "cheaper" quote will often cost more by the time your order arrives.

I'm planning to open a second location. Can you help us with packaging for multiple sites?

Yes. We produce your design once and can deliver split shipments to multiple locations, or warehouse your full order and dispatch as needed. Many of our clients plan their orders around expansion timelines.

I want to go with 30,000 Pcs, but I don't have enough space. Any solution?

Can the number of layers in paper kraft bags be customized for each size?

Yes! The number of layers, paper thickness (GSM), color, and optional linings (such as PE coating) can all be tailored to your specific needs.

Is it possible to receive sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer 2 sample options:

+ Plain sample: We’re happy to send plain samples for material/size testing — free of charge (we just ask that you cover the shipping fee).

+ Sample with logo: A sample custom size/custom logo will incur an extra cost for creating the sample mold and making the sample, approximately $250-320 per sample.

Note: All SAMPLE FEE is 100% refundable against bulk order.

How long does it take to receive order?

All custom-logo orders are pre-orders. Below are the two shipping options:

🚢 SEA Shipping (Standard) — Most Popular

  • Production: 3–4 weeks
  • Sea freight + customs clearance: 6–7 weeks
  • Total lead time: 9–11 weeks from final design confirm
  • Best for: planned orders, seasonal stocking, franchise-level quantities

 

✈️ AIR Shipping (A Portion being shipped Express) — Available at extra cost

  • Production: 3–4 weeks
  • Air freight + customs clearance: 1–2 weeks
  • Total lead time: 4–6 weeks from final design confirm
  • Best for: urgent reorders, new location opening, seasonal rush
  • Note: Air shipping cost is significantly higher per unit. We recommend discussing with your packaging advisor to confirm if air freight is right for your timeline and budget.
