What counts as an introduction?
A warm connection to a real F&B business where both sides know the introduction is being made. The business does not need to buy for the Silver level to count.
Do I need to be a KimEcopak customer?
No. The program is especially useful for long-term customers and F&B consultants, but aligned service providers, associations, and suppliers can also join.
How are levels calculated?
KimEcopak verifies each qualified business introduction. A business counts once, and a closed referral counts after KimEcopak receives the customer payment.
How does referral credit work?
Eligible Gold and Platinum partners may receive a credit toward their next order after KimEcopak receives the referred customer's payment. The applicable credit is confirmed in advance.
What happens after I introduce someone?
The team confirms the connection, offers a no-pressure packaging review, and keeps you updated. We will not add the person to unrelated marketing without permission.
