Shipping Policy
We ship Canada-wide and to the USA with care, speed, and full insurance coverage on every order.
Our typical order processing time is 2–7 business days. We do not process or ship orders on Fridays after 12:00 pm EST, weekends, or public holidays.

Orders over $599 CAD
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on any order of $599 or more shipped anywhere across Canada.
Orders over $299 CAD
Winnipeg city customers enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $299 via our weekly scheduled delivery route.
If you are in the Winnipeg City area and want to save on shipping, select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the expected delivery date and a tracking link (when available from the courier).

Our website is set up for shipping to Canada and the USA. For orders outside these regions, we can arrange shipments through direct inquiry.
KimEcopak is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
- US deliveries may be subject to customs taxes upon arrival.
- Our delivery partner handles clearance and will invoice you in local currency for any applicable duties.
- Please refer to your delivery partner's website for full details on customs fees.
- All shipments are fully insured — insurance is paid entirely by KimEcopak at no cost to you.
- In the rare event of damage or loss, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
- For urgent cases, express replacements are typically arranged within 3 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or lost:
- File a claim with the shipment carrier as soon as possible.
- Take clear photos of each damaged item as evidence.
- Contact us at halo@kimecopak.ca — our team will coordinate with the carrier.
- We will arrange a replacement, refund, or discount as appropriate once verified.
We validate every shipping address at checkout against our courier's records. If we cannot confirm your address, we will contact you to provide an updated one.
- If we cannot reach you to correct an invalid address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
- KimEcopak is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Some couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please notify us at checkout if your address is a PO Box.
