Processing Times

Our typical order processing time is 2–7 business days. We do not process or ship orders on Fridays after 12:00 pm EST, weekends, or public holidays.

During peak seasons or high order volumes, slight processing delays may occur. We always strive to get your order out as fast as possible.

Local Pickup (Winnipeg)

If you are in the Winnipeg City area and want to save on shipping, select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

You'll receive a second email when your order is READY for pickup.
We currently do not maintain a physical retail store in Canada. Local pickup is arranged on a case-by-case basis for Winnipeg orders.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the expected delivery date and a tracking link (when available from the courier).

You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page. If you experience any issues, contact us at halo@kimecopak.ca.

Not home when delivery arrives? A re-delivery will be attempted the next business day, or the courier will schedule a new date. In some cases, you may need to collect from your local post office.
International Shipping

Our website is set up for shipping to Canada and the USA. For orders outside these regions, we can arrange shipments through direct inquiry.

Customs & Duties

KimEcopak is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

  • US deliveries may be subject to customs taxes upon arrival.
  • Our delivery partner handles clearance and will invoice you in local currency for any applicable duties.
  • Please refer to your delivery partner's website for full details on customs fees.
Some couriers (e.g. Canpar, Purolator) do not ship to PO Boxes. If your address is a PO Box, please notify us so we can arrange the correct courier.
Shipment Insurance & Claims
  • All shipments are fully insured — insurance is paid entirely by KimEcopak at no cost to you.
  • In the rare event of damage or loss, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • For urgent cases, express replacements are typically arranged within 3 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or lost:

  • File a claim with the shipment carrier as soon as possible.
  • Take clear photos of each damaged item as evidence.
  • Contact us at halo@kimecopak.ca — our team will coordinate with the carrier.
  • We will arrange a replacement, refund, or discount as appropriate once verified.
Package shows delivered but not received? Contact us immediately at halo@kimecopak.ca. We will file a claim with the carrier and involve local law enforcement if necessary. A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete.
Address Validation & Issues

We validate every shipping address at checkout against our courier's records. If we cannot confirm your address, we will contact you to provide an updated one.

  • If we cannot reach you to correct an invalid address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
  • KimEcopak is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Some couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please notify us at checkout if your address is a PO Box.
