What is the minimum order quantity?

Start with as few as 10,000 cups or 5,000 pouches for custom orders.

Do you provide sample with my design on it? 

Yes, samples with your logo require a setup printing cost of $250-$350 per sample/design. This fee will be refunded upon approval of bulk production.

Can I see my logo on product before production start?

Yes! We provide digital mock-ups of your logo on the selected product for your review and approval prior to final production.

Is there support for logo design, or does the customer need to provide a ready-made design file?

Yes, we offer support for logo design if you don't have a ready-made design file, and there is an extra fee depending on the complexity of the design.

How many colors can be printed on the product?

We offer full-color printing with no limit on the number of colors. However, the pricing listed on our website covers up to 2-3 colors. If you wish to use more than that, there is an additional charge of $50/ extra color/size.
